2. Elba "Ebbie" Waddill was born November 26,1869 and died April 1, 1962. He married twice. Stella and Rachel. Rachel was born August 8, 1874 and died April 10,1932. Both are buried in Highland Park Cemetery, Adair county, Missouri. (Census)
